Great, friendly staff who made sure I got the exact skis I was in the market for. The transaction was smooth as glass and the skis were exactly as advertised. When we got home (two hours away) we noticed one ski was missing the water tight front compartment. I contacted Central Georgia Powersports about this and they promptly sent the piece which arrived in two business days. Top notice customer service and they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. My family and I made the 4 hour drive up to Macon from Jacksonville and it was completely worth it! I was in the market to pay cash for a lower cost entry level ski to get my feet wet. The amount of skis in stock was incredible. That is truly what sold me on the dealership. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I was not pressured to make a purchase at all. The staff offered some helpful advice that definitely swayed my final decision but it was for the good. If I'm ever in the market to purchase another ski I will definitely be heading back up to Macon.

I couldnt be happier with my recent purchase of two incredible PWCs! Kyle, William and the entire team made sure that I received five star service in every way, from start to finish. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right skis, with no pressure. The selection is amazing and you can rest assured that theyre all in great condition, at a fair price. Then they go the extra mile by having William ( their master mechanic) take you on the local lake to test them, understand operation, maintenance, etc. Central Georgia Power Sports is the only place I recommend purchasing a pre-own PWC!

Just Purchased my Seadoo last week, Also a double Trailer. the young man That showed us around was kyle he took his time and answered our questions. and a first time buyer my wife and I had many. He worked with me for a few week. I did not have all the funds on hand. he just made my wife and myself feel very comfortable . Lost my key the first ride. call them to buy a new key and kyle said he would program me a key at no charge...Wow. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. and you can bet I will take my seadoo to them for Future Service. Also the seadoo Technician Who program the keys was very Nice....

My first visit 6 years ago was not the best experience. After a long discussion with my wife about what we should do with the 2 Jet Ski's that we purchased 6 years ago from Central GA PowerSports and after reviewing recent reviews we decided to give them a 2nd chance. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance, right? Glad we did. I explained my previous experience to Kyle (Sales Man) and he took it to heart to create a better experience! Kyle was great, flexible, and went out of his way to earn my business back. They offered a fair/reasonable amount for the original ski's that I purchased from them (painful 6 years of constant repairs) and traded them out for great Yamaha with low hours. Their lead Technician was great as well. He went out to the lake with me to test ride/drive the Yamaha and explained in details his experiences with the specific Yamaha that I purchased and specific upkeep to keep it running. Very knowledgeable.

My story doesn't end there. Kyle and Central GA PowerSports team went even further with providing 2nd mile service. I made a bonehead mistake after putting gas in the ski and forgot to latch down the seats appropriately. The seats bounced off the ski and were ruined! I called Kyle for help locating a replacement seat since Yamaha no longer makes it. Kyle and the team came through for me. They located several replacement seats a fair prices. I ended up purchasing a replacement seat 20 minutes from house! This was after exhausting all other internet options in an attempt to save myself the embarrassment of having to tell my story. Anyway, all this to say that they went out of their way to help me find a replacement seat. They've definitely "re-earned" my business in the future! Thanks Kyle, Matt (owner) and team!

I am having a couple of issues since I purchased my SUV1200, but I have to give credit to CGAPS they are keeping their word to make this sell complete! I feel by Febuary 11 2016 I will be updating their score to a five star with full recommendations that I buy from them again......The issues that I had with my SUV1200 have been corrected. I am very satisfied , the employees at CGAPS jumped through hoops to make the corrections. The SUV1200's are getting pretty rare, that's why I drove 10 hours to purchase this one. I would recommend and I would make the drive to CGAPS to purchase another ski.

If you want outstanding selection, great prices, and knowledgeable people, this is the place to go. You have to see the selection and volume of Ski Doos. You will not believe it. Matt Reno and staff are awesome. They is no other place around that has the selection of used waverunners and jet skis. All of them have been serviced and detailed and are ready for the water. Considering you can't even buy a new 4 stroke PWC for less then $9500, they have great prices on used ones.

I have been researching skis for some time now and have been torn on what to get and after going into central georgia power sports it was clear that I needed to purchase from here. Kyle greeted me a few weeks back and I am sure when I told him I was gonna come back he probably didn't think I would. 2015 RXT 260, Whole process was easy. Have to realize going in that they are not right on the water and cannot provide test ride for every potential customer. Prices were consistent with used value assessment by bank. Pickup was easy and the mechanic Chris was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.
